Massage Therapists-

Spa Serenity is Seeking a talented individual to deliver outstanding customer service while providing high quality body massage treatments. Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional image and a high standard of customer service while being courteous and attentive to guests needs. Massage Therapists are required to hold a Wisconsin State License and be Nationally Certified. Spa Serenity is looking for massage therapists that are versatile in their modalities and willing to learn, you must be excited and enthusiastic about helping people.

Nail Technician- Part time position (Evenings and Weekends)

Spa Serenity is seeking an individual to provide a full range of nail treatment services to guests, in a precise and accurate manner, while demonstrating a positive attitude and professional image. Spa Serenity's Nail Technicians must be Wisconsin-licensed professionals in the area of nail care. Spa Serenity is looking for the highest quality nail professionals that are dedicated to exceptional customer services and hygiene. We are seeking out Nail Technicians who are committed to the profession and are experts in nail care, as well as hand, foot and leg massage.
Esthetician -

Spa Serenity's Esthetician must be highly skilled, Wisconsin-licensed professionals. We select Esthetician who are experts in recommending care and products for many skin types. Our Esthetician perform specific facial and body treatment services for guests, helping them to relax and enjoy their experience at Spa Serenity. Responsible for providing a high standard of facial treatment accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with establishment procedures while demonstrating a positive attitude and professional image. Esthetician must be comfortable with full body waxing plus all facial waxing including eyebrows, primary responsibilities will be facials and waxing. Display a high standard of customer service, courteous and attentive to guests needs.

Front Desk / Reservations -
Greet in Guests upon their arrival to Spa Serenity, checking Guests in and out. Assisting in handling any question or concerns that may arise in the course of a day. Answer incoming calls and book appointments in a professional and timely manner, following established booking procedures. Display exceptional customer service skills to effectively sell services, packages, explain Gift Certificate purchase procedures, and current retail promotions.
