     The laser trained nurses at Northeast Surgical Group,LLC have been treating patients under the supervision of Dr.Paulk for the past three years. The Lumenis Light Sheer Laser is world renowned for the effective removal of unwanted hair. We also offer Microdermabrasion treatments to improve skin tone, reduce fine lines, and promote new skin growth through exfolliation.

    We are moving the equipment out of our current surgery office as we have outgrown our space as the business has grown. Dr. Paulk wants to continue to provide this service to the Columbia and Sauk communities. We are confident we offer substantially lower pricing than the Madison market, making it affordable to all.
