Two of my best friends from college and I came to Spa Serenity for a girls afternoon. We all live far apart so we were having a couples weekend in the Dells. Of course we needed some girl time away from the boys and the afternoon was amazing. We all did a manicure, pedicure, massage, and facial. Each service was amazing and the girls were easy to be comfortable with and very professional. The mood that is set within the spa was spectacular. We all felt very relaxed like we didn't have a care in the world. We are already planning our trip to come back for my bachelorette party later in the year! Thanks for the wonderful experience! I have been to Spa Serenity twice, and both times it was lovely. The atmosphere is very calming and soothing, and the colors are relaxing. I LOVE the heated beds, and the lounge area is just right to re-collect myself and get ready to go back into the wild, rough world. I haven't had many of the treatments offered, just full body massage. I'm looking forward to trying buttered stone sometime! I came in for a massage after having a headache for a full week. By the time my massage was over - so was my headache. Anita was wonderful. The only thing I thought about during my visit is "how can I work this in on a regular basis"? - I recently had a pedicure at the spa and enjoyed it very much. The couchwith copper tub and hot rocks was a nice change to the chair tub combo. Iappreciated that the nail tech (can't remember her name) was very well organized and had premeasured the scrubs, muds and lotions. This made the area neat and welcoming. I have and will continue to recommend your spa. Melissa - I have been to Spa Serenity twice now, once for a 60 minute manicure and once for a 30 minute aroma therapy massage. The place is so relaxing. I felt welcome from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. It was very pampering and such an inexpensive amount that I will certainly be back to try out a few of the other sessions! In this time of trying to save money in every way, this was a welcomed refreshment. Lois - My wife and I traveled to the Dells for a week-long get away. We live in Valparaiso, IN currently. We received a couples hot buttered stone massage and both felt that this experience was the best massage experience we had EVER had. The therapists were professional, went above and beyond in customer service and provided excellent care. I have never felt as good as the day we left the spa. Keep up the great work! - There is only one word I can say about my massage....drool. I become so relaxed that I fall asleep in comfort and I tend to drool when this happens. Barb - I first visited Spa Serenity in December with friends from Nursing School to celebrate our upcoming graduation. I was really impressed with how accommodating Spa Serenity was to schedule all of our needs and let us all be able to spend the morning together. I had facial and massage and thought that it was one of the best I have ever had! I would definitely recommend this spa! ~ Katie - Just wanted to write to tell you i really enjoyed my first hour massage! it was very relaxing and just what i needed! I'm a cna and we do alot of sressing work and lifting. I also recently started jogging so I was sore from that too. thank you again for a wonderful experiance and I hope to visit again! Dawn - I was at your spa, with a couple of girlfriends on Saturday, March 7th. We were visiting from the Chicago area. My two friends had the 90 minute body scrub/massage and I had a 90 minute facial. My friends said they loved their scrubs/massage. But, the main reason for sending you this e-mail is to compliment one of your employees. I had the customized facial from Kim. She did a FANTASTIC job (giving the facial, explaining the products, listening, etc. etc.)! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and am excited to try the product samples she gave me (great touch, by the way). The next time we're in Baraboo, we will definitely come back and I, personally, will request Kim. She is a great employee to have!!! I thought you would want to know that I truly appreciated meeting Kim and receiving my facial from her. Please tell her I said hi and thanks again. Laurie- Chicago, IL - - I just wanted to send an email to thank you for your spa's services on Saturday. My husband was a little uneasy about the facial and Michelle and Kim made him feel at ease. He said he enjoyed it even if the facial didn't make him feel very manly :) I also enjoyed it and felt so much more stress free when we left.
